I wanted to let you know how much we love our new bathroom. We are so pleased everything - the new cultured marble bathroom fixtures, the tile, the cabinetry, the lighting, the new walls in both the bathroom and bedroom, the paint colors, everything!
The workers did an excellent job with cabinetry. It's so beautiful to look at and has increased storage four-fold. The bathroom is so roomy and we love the deep bath tub.
It is amazing to me how you took my vision going from a 1-1/2 tiny bathroom to this wonderful full bath that we can walk around in and enjoy for years to come because it is constructed so well.
Everyone did a thoroughly professional job on every aspect of the our project, and I enjoyed talking to everyone at Brill and Company. You have a great group of people there. I wish the best to all of you.
You and your team were consummate professionals, answering my questions, and prepping me for completing the details of the work once you were gone. You quoted me a worst case scenario price for time and materials, not to exceed, and when you came
in under, you did not try to gouge me for more money.
Your overall professionalism and attitude are a testament to a well-run organization and I will recommend your service to anyone who needs remodeling in the area.
Starting with my first phone call when I got a real person on the end of the line, to the final day of completion, this project was handled with professionalism and expertise.
Your original ballpark estimate was so close to the final cost. Along the way, every change in that estimate was explained along with a change in cost, if applicable.
Yours was not the lowest estimate we received, but the time and detail that went into your original design plan was an indication of the of the quality of your work. You really listened when I talked, and in some ways, seemed to read
my mind, about what I wanted a new kitchen to look like. Everybody on the crew always asked my opinion about every detail.
At the end of each day the house was always livable. All equipment was either back in the truck or arranged neatly out of the way in the kitchen or bath. Every Friday the hardwood floors were cleaned with wood floor cleaner, something
I rarely do myself! That was a real treat!
Last year at this time, we considered moving. Now I have the kitchen of my dreams in the house where we raised our family and have lots of precious memories. we can be happy her now for many years to come.

Brill and Company employees and subcontractors are trustworthy, conscientious, polite and clean up everyday after their work
"They" were very sensitive of protecting existing features...
"Their" work is of the highest quality and workmanship. And the finish work is exacting to the last detail.
"They" live up to their guarantee, service after the sale, and stand by their work no matter how minute the issue.
Mike, Frank and Michael are all straight shooters, professional, honest, live up to their word, and adept at remodeling in the most challenging situations.
In short, Brill and Company is putting the true old time "craftsmanship" back into the industry when it seems that the rushed and cheap fix is more the norm.

To whom it may concern,
Before embarking upon a very significant home remodeling project, we considered and interviewed several local contractors. Because of the investment we were to make, we wanted to ensure that we would be working with someone who could
provide quality, reliability and reasonable cost. Although Mike Brill did not offer the absolute lowest cost, we were very comfortable with his approach to the business, his flexibility and the quality of his references. Ultimately,
we felt that the few extra dollars we might spend would prove to be a good investment.
We were not disappointed. Although the project expanded periodically as we had new ideas, Mike and his staff regularly accommodated our changes and helped us determine what concepts would work and what would not be as effective.
Mike has a great ability to foresee problems that would arise from an idea and he sometimes diplomatically steered us away from ideas that would ultimately not have met our goals.
Our project included work on every floor of our house...
Throughout the lengthy project, Mike met with us regularly - at our convenience - to provide status reports and to address any problems encountered or changes/additions to our plans. He and his staff, as well as sub-contractors, were extremely
professional and the quality of work was simple outstanding.
I could not possibly recommend Mike Brill any more highly.
We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for the work of Brill and Company to remodel our kitchen and bathroom last year. We appreciate your vision and your practical ability to translate our plans and ideas into reality.
We were please that you listened to what we had to say about our limited budget and the constraints within which you would need to work. We were grateful for your careful attention to planning and management, both of which kept the
project moving forward every day with minimal time lost to missing supplies or absent workers.
We appreciate your involvement and supervision of the work during it's progress and your efforts to ensure that the projects were developing as we wished...

Dear Mr. Brill (Mike),
After going through the building process of my porch I learned what being "Brillt" meant.
I met you in the spring. I had several companies giving me bids; only you kept the appointment (on-time). I felt since you were the only company to show God had surely sent you and it was meant to be.
Soon after meeting your work crew I realized even more what a blessing your company was to me...

Dear Mike Brill and Company,
What a pleasant surprise I discovered at my door, a lovely gift containing fruit, candy, goodies, and delightful gifts. What a thoughtful gesture; one I appreciate very much.
I love living in my condominium and thanks to you and your crew for helping to make it lovely.
Keep up the good work!
